Working from design drawings provided by your team, Composite Building Systems produces the required shop-drawings in-house. Shop drawings maximize efficiency and flexibility of the system, with our process tailored to your design. Final drawings are approved by your team before we move to production.
Our systems meet your requirements so you do not have to compromise design.
With approved shop drawings, factory production begins. Working inside the factory, quality control efforts are higher than typical project sites, an added advantage of our system.
Panels can be finished to the sheathing stage or completely pre-finished including windows and doors. Electrical and mechanical is roughed-in, with items such as hood-vents also installed at the factory.
Factory construction eliminates or reduces many site concerns while increasing quality of finished product.
We complete the process by delivering and assembling all panels ourselves. Composite Building Systems completes the on-site erection including exterior panels with complete outside finishings and interior walls ready for finishing. Wall panels are moved into position quickly and accurately with a crane, with roof-systems also installed at this time. Exterior electrical and mechanical components have been roughed-in at the factory for greatly reduced on-site involvement of the trades.
